There are flat induction adapters for this very purpose, look 'em up, they’re cheap. They heat from induction and then transfer the heat to anything that doesn’t support induction itself, or is too small to work on a given burner.

While it obviously defeats the efficiency gains of induction, it’s otherwise workable and can help you with everything that can’t be put straight on the stove.
