I’m gonna take a wild guess. The mayor is Republican.
Context?
Guy in the crowd said something about the mayors wife and kid who were in the audience, mayor “rushed” at the guy, was stopped by police, ushered out, mayor threatens heckler, heckler says he should resign and be arrested. Heckler has been a known opponent of the mayor for a long time so they’ve got history. Seems to me both of them are kinda not great people, tho I don’t have further context than that.

Can’t take criticism then he shouldn’t be in politics
