A crispy zucchini casserole sounds pretty good to be honest, but this was the ‘80s which wasn’t exactly known for flavorful cuisine in the US 😆
I think also a lot of her cooking is insinuated to be low fat and such so low flavor!
Much like my mom, Andy thinks she is a much better cook than she really is.
