If anyone wants the context of that chapter it is saying [paraphrase] …“Jerusalem is like a prostitute who…etc etc”

verse 4 talks about the two sisters being metaphor for people groups/ lands of Samaria/Jerusalem. Verses 11-14 make it clear that verse 25 (in da meme above) is talkin about Jerusalem specifically being a hoe looking for donkey dick and big loads.
