Where I live, it’s not just buses. We put the same shit on carpet and upholstery in a lot of public buildings. We just like tacky fabric that way, I guess.
I REALLY hope that it was someone paid $20 and they designed it in 10 minutes. The truth is that it probably cost tens of thousands of dollars and went through 3 committees before it was approved.
