Should be able to get a similar effect in most ovens by putting ot on max broil, though of course that requires having a broil setting.
Also you should of course have it clean already, or you’ll just be smoking your pizza out with grease smoke.

Lots of engineers in my cohort talked about defeating the safety protocols of an oven cleaning cycle to make pizza or naan or tandoori.
