No, its Turquoise.
IIRC if you trace the etymology of it you’d see it means something like “Turkish blue”.
Yeah the phrasing on this is odd. If turquoise (or cyan) is an even mix of blue and green, this is really a test to determine how closely you can identify when blue and green have a 50-50 mix.
