I’m curious what the circumstances are that led him to think he isn’t the father. He must genuinely think so - you can’t beat the DNA test. To look that similar and still insist on a test, he must either be very delusional or have very extreme circumstances.

When you need to be absolutely sure of something, “looks like” is not sufficient evidence.
