He’s getting too old for this shit and this will probably be a movie about how he earned the Baba Yagga nickname and he has been having difficulties due to some old injuries so this might be his last John Wick movie, shame to be honest and he was one of the rare good celebrities despite all the bad things he experienced.
This is animated. I don’t think he’ll have problems doing animated films, if they make more.
I mean, all he has to do is moodily growl “yeah…” every couple of minutes to voice act as John Wick
Oh I’ve got a bad feeling about this.
I suspect they’re calling it “animated” because “AI-generated” would make people angry, so they’re hoping to build up enough hype before they reveal it’s just two hours of Will-Smith-eating-spaghetti-quality slop that the hype will override the seething hatred at the decision to make it AI-generated.
I hope I’m wrong. We’ll see.
Why animated? There’s nothing fantastical, or difficult to film about running around shooting people for revenge.
Just because?
Is this sarcastic? Sometimes I can’t tell.
I remember reading about how painful it was to do some of his stunts and I thought that’s kinda why the fourth one ended the way it did because he wasn’t sure if he’d be back - especially at his age.
I’ve never seen it but there’s a movie called Wick is Pain that goes into it too? Although it could just be the difficulties in just getting the movie done.
Unfortunately, it’s because Justin Long is now too old to play young Keanu. Sounds interesting. Clone wars, especially at the end, had action sequences that put most of the movies to shame. Maybe they can pull it off here, or at least change it up.
Honestly I loved the Ahsoka/Maul fight in season 7. They broke out some of those classic Ray Park moves for it too which felt nice to see.
