I just don’t like how each new season since the third has been advertised as the final thing, only to then leave even more questions unanswered than they had at the beginning of the season.
Edit: and I’m pretty sure JJ is at least a producer on the show. How much input he actually has is anyone’s guess, but it definitely has his vibe.
From is very much a JJ Abrams production. The entire show is just one big “mystery box” where no questions ever get answered until the very last couple episodes of a season, and even then literally none of the answers anyone ever gets are actually useful or answer any of the actually important questions.
Honestly I loved the Ahsoka/Maul fight in season 7. They broke out some of those classic Ray Park moves for it too which felt nice to see.
Not too terribly, I don’t think. My uncle just had open heart surgery at the beginning of this year to remove an aneurysm from his heart and get a valve replaced.
“No! Not my privacy strips!” - Deputy Director of the CIA, Avery Bullock.
It’s not, but I think those comments were from hardcore King’s Field fans. I’ve never played KF so I don’t know if there’s humor or not in those games.
I saw similar comments about Lunacid not “having a coherent design identity” or whatever because some of the characters look weird.
Whatever man, it’s a fun game.
A lot of reviews for even just the demo seem to have quite a bit of apprehension because of the “humor” in the game. Tbh the only really funny thing I’ve found is Umbada in the store and the Chef, but even then it’s not really “funny” more like quirky.
I’ve been trying so hard to not read any spoilers too. It’s kinda tricky tbh
I mean it’s a step in the right direction.
Just watched the trailer on the Steam page and immediately paid homage to the PoTC meme when Lord Cutler Beckett is walking down the steps of his shop as it’s getting blown to pieces.
You literally draw your own character’s face, and can actually build with individual bricks.
ETA: you can pick up the pieces of dead players and launch their heads out of the cannons. Fuck. Yes.
This shit looks awesome.
Like Riddick, the best time for a new Bond movie with certain actors (Idris Elba in this case) was probably 10 years ago.
I’m sorry, what are you talking about?
I think it’s actually the other way around. “Why is Anon Mask associated with Guy Fawkes?”
The answer, as most people in the thread have already pointed out, is the comic/movie V For Vendetta, which an amazing movie everyone should watch.
