If a person gets busted for let's say a 3rd DWI or small bag of weed or something minor, and escapes the county jail. Will they launch a manhunt after you, like they do with killers and such?

  I’m fully aware what cops are like. What about the hospital staff doing the blood test? Do they also lie?
