I always think of like an excavator lol
Having driven both, I can safely say that they meant both.
Baler
I think it’s spelled Baelor 😉
I drive a forklift for a living and I equate “heavy machinery” as a bulldozer or something, lol.
To be fair, I probably couldn’t lift either.
It says don’t drive or operate heavy machinery, the additional clarification is precisely because people will think “well a forklift isn’t a car”
Wait they aren’t talking about cranes?
Container ships, actually
Gantry cranes.

forklift-sama is about to make me lose my licence
Fucking gold right there
thank you ☺️
My mind always goes to all garbage mashers on the detention level.
No, shut them all down!
I once zoned out of driving for a solid 5 minutes on my way home from work as a teen because my brain didn’t equate heavy machinery with car. Got onto highway…turning off of highway. Nothing in between. Needless to say, I’ve never made that mistake again.
This happened to me on a regular basis for a couple years, just sans medication.
Coming to in the parking lot or badging in and realizing you have no idea what happened between getting in the car and now.
3am start times with a 20min drive will do that to you.
work as a teen
Interesting profession

Long hours, always underappreciated, also thought pretty highly of myself too for someone with very little work experience
I mean, it would be better off to say “motor vehicle” or at least include that with “heavy machinery”, but chances are this would reduce use for a lot of medications when people need to drive to/from work etc so it gives them convenient out lawsuit-wise
I thought they meant gundam suit.
It’s even worse than that: when I’m zoned out of my mind, nothing feels heavy anymore. So I can operate anything safely, right?
Sorry boss
Okay but also chainsaws.
Depends how heavy it is, I guess 🤷🏻
And how strong your arms are.
Right? What about my top handle climbing saw? I think it weighs 7.5lbs
Which sounds light until you have to lug it around all day.
Is that like the guy I watched for a few hours as he climbed the redwood tree that towers up past the 6-story apartment across the street, lopping off limbs as he went, flipping his waist rope a little higher with his left hand and wielding his chain saw with his right?
Light machine. I think you’re good to go.
What about the bucket truck? The truck doesn’t move when I’m in the bucket!
Big ball and chain thing for knocking down buildings for me
I believe that’s called a wrecking ball
aka miley-swing
