I never really got the point of no nut November, anyone care to explain?

Apparently, if you avoid doing a thing for a brief period of time, it is a demonstration of self-control and virtue. Thus, you are a better person and can nut, drink and eat uncontrollably for the entire rest of the year. I don’t personally believe in such practices. Do anything whenever you feel like it, but in moderation.
While self control, doing difficult things, and fasting are good things to do, this is a very different situation. No nut is an obsession for a chunk of the nebula of Right wing, Christian, white nationalist, and Incel communities. (For the people jumping to “not all”, shut up. You’re just in a different part of the Venn diagram or are disingenuous. Also you still suck.)
